What is your return policy for physical products?

Our return policy allows you to return physical items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact us at support@infinityprintworks.co.uk. You will need to provide proof of purchase and, once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include photos of the damaged packaging and product. Depending on availability, we may issue a replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns on digital products?

No, all sales of digital products are final due to their nature. We do not offer refunds for these items.

What are your shipping times and costs?

Shipping times vary by product. For UK orders, standard shipping is Royal Mail 2nd Class, estimated at 3-5 business days. For international orders, shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. Please be aware that international packages may take longer due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes that may apply.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

How long does it take to process refunds?
